This is the first sencha I’ve tried and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great aroma, has a subtle seaweed undertone that I really like. Also the finished tea is a vibrant yellowish color, that as far as I understand, is indicitive of a true sencha. It really put’s store bought tea bags to shame. I’m never goin back to tea bags.
