Preperation: 1-1.5 Tsp of tea per 8oz of water. Heat Water to 205F and Steep for 4-5 Minutes

I wasn’t expecting this to be this good. It tastes like chammomile mostly. I can’t detect the other ingredients as I haven’t tried those each on their own before. well except for the hemp leaves. The name is appropriate.
